GLJ successfully completed a 10 week project which involved dilapidations and refurbishment works to four industrial premises in Aylesbury

Works included electrical, plumbing, decoration, strip out works and installation of windows. The client Spring BC was especially pleased with the high standards which GLJ achieved at the end of the project.

Not only was the works completed to a high standard it was also achieved within the agreed time scale. This was due to the works being programmed and managed to ensure all trades involved had a clear understanding of their schedules and target dates as well as the high quality GLJ expected from them.

As you can see these units were run down but after refurbishment works carried out by GLJ, the units now have a high quality finish as well as looking aesthetically pleasing.
