On behalf of client SEGRO PLC and under Contract Administrator Arcadis LLP, GLJ Contracts carried out full CAT-A refurbishment of Unit 672 Spur Road.

All elements were stripped out including previous tenants fit out, following on preparation and installation of new finishes and services included: 

Cleaning roofs and elevations, new GRP rooflights and cut-edge corrosion works.

Giromax Guttercoat with 15-year manufacturers guarantee.

M&E works included all new LED lighting, comfort cooling air conditioning and extract ventilation along with new distribution, containment, and small power.

A new addressable fire alarm system was installed and externally EV charges were provided to client’s requirements.

Internally new IPS ducts, cubicles, vanities, and all new sanitary wares were installed. 

Finishes included carpet tiles through offices and non-slip vinyl to WCs, suspended ceilings and decorations throughout.
