GLJ Contracts Ltd were instructed to carry out the renovation of the former dental office on the Martlets Estate, the works taking place included the removal of all of the asbestos waste within the building, along with a lot of works to improve the interior of the building to modernise it and bring it up to the same level of quality as the rest of the estate.

The works undertaken in the building included decorations throughout to improve existing dated interiors that were present. A new kitchenette was installed to replace the existing, along with the vinyl flooring.

New aluminium doors and UPVC windows were also installed on site to improve the appearance & energy rating of the building. There were also upgrades to both the Mechanical and the Electrical services on site, Including large improvements to the lighting systems in the building
