GLJ contracts Ltd were instructed to carry out works to renovate Unit 5 Ferry Mills after the departure of the former tenant, some of the major works that were set to be completed included the coating of the roof, replacement of the skylights and the Installation of a new roller shutter door.

New windows & entrance doors were also installed on site, along with this were upgrades to the Plumbing on the site with the WC’s being renovated fully, with new grabrails being installed for accessibility. The electrics on site were also improved, with the installation of a new fire alarm system, along with updates to the lighting system

Other works undertaken in the unit included replacements to the epoxy coated flooring in the warehouse and downstairs office, New carpets in the lobby and upstairs office, along with new vinyl flooring in the WC’s for the unit. There were also a large amount of decorative works throughout the unit, with the entire interior of the unit undergoing painting works
