 GLJ contracts Ltd were instructed to carry out estate improvement works to Units 199 – 210 Chesterfield Way, Hayes. Works consisted of design supply and installation of new built-up over-clad roofing system across all 11 units on the estate. The build-up included install of Ashgrid bar system, insulation and profiled metal cladding with new triple skin rooflights and linings to gutters. Elevations were over-clad in matching cladding and windows, doors and roller shutters redecorated in-keeping with the chosen colour scheme for the estate. Works also included new external lighting across the whole estate. 

Whilst doing these estate works GLJ also carried to out the refurbishment of two vacant units on the estate which included electrical & mechanical works, internal decorations and new flooring coverings.
