GLJ contracts Ltd were instructed to carry out full rebuild of Unit 8 and full refurbishment of units 7 and 9 following extensive fire damage to all three units. Works included complete demolition of Unit 8 and demolition of Units 7 and 9 followed by design, supply and installation of new portal frame steelwork to reconstruct the unit. Party walls were re-built and Unit 8 office block was completely reconstructed from the ground up back to its original build, the re-build included new Bison Beam floor and concrete staircase to replace the existing configuration.

All three units received new built-up metal clad roof systems and new cladding to front and rear elevations, new aluminium windows and doors and new roller shutter doors. Internally all walls were lined with thermal boards and plastered throughout, M&E Services were reinstated included LED lighting, emergency lighting, air-conditioning systems, plumbing & sanitary wares and to finish full redecoration and new floor coverings were installed throughout. Project management included contractors design and liaison with professional bodies and utility service providers.
