GLJ Contracts Ltd were instructed direct by L&S Engineering to transform their dilapidated warehouse space into a usable and employee friendly workspace. The Cat-A refurbishment consisted of light demolition and strip out works, rebuilding a new WC block and kitchen break out area, open plan office and installation of a glazed partition to form a meeting room. GLJ provided new mechanical & electrical services including air-conditioning comfort cooling, LED lighting and emergency lighting and new fire alarm link to their existing system.
