GLJ have completed a 10 week dilapidation on two adjoining units on an industrial estate in Hertfordshire. 

The works at both units consisted of decoration, electrical and roofing works. Also installed was new flooring and windows throughout. All works were completed to the highest of standards as shown in the image gallery.

The works were successfully completed on time, within budget and accompanied by all relevant guarantees. All parties were pleased with the finish of the Unit.
