GLJ successfully completed a 10 week project which involved dilapidations and refurbishment works to two industrial premises in Bermondsey.

Works included electrical, decoration and strip out works. GLJ installed arch lining systems to both premises, which the client Jones Lang LaSalle was especially pleased with.

The works were completed to a high standard within the agreed time scale. This was due to the works being programmed and managed to ensure all trades involved had a clear understanding of their schedules and target dates as well as the high quality expected of them.

As you can see these units were in a state of disrepair but after GLJ works, the units now have a high quality finish as well as looking aesthetically pleasing.
