GLJ are due to complete the development of 75 luxury studio apartments in Worcester. Our works will include the refurbishment of the former Worcestershire Council commercial property into 75 apartments at Bridgewater House.

Each apartment will be crafted to exact detail and high specifications with an emphasis on luxury living, contemporary lines and modern space. The refurbishment programme delivers luxurious studio living including, one and two bedroom apartments, with floor to ceiling glazing, balconies and the upper floors will offer stunning views across Worcester City Centre towards the Malvern Hills.

The client, Colmore Tang for Seven Capital instructed GLJ to deliver contract services for the duration of the project; including supplying and installing acoustic partition wall systems and MF ceilings to the architect’s requirements. The apartments are in a prime location and the work is due to be completed in September 2015.
