GLJ successfully completed the 10-week dilapidation and refurbishment of two commercial/industrial premises in Aylesbury. The tenant left at the end of the lease agreement leaving the premises in a state of disrepair and un-marketable to potential new clients or tenants.

Works included, roofing and cladding, strip out and demolition, mechanical and electrical services, suspended ceilings, general building and carpentry work, including specialist flooring services.

The Client, USS (University Superannuation Scheme) were extremely pleased that the work was completed to budget and within the agreed timescales. The works were programmed, detailed and managed to ensure all trades involved had a clear understanding of their schedules and target dates.
