Unit 1, Calver Quays , Warrington

Following a competitive tendering process, GLJ were instructed to undertake the full dilapidation and refurbishment of Unit 1 Calver Quays . The works comprised of roofing cleaning, cut-edge corrosion works and gutter works.  Externally the 3 bands around the perimeter of the building was painted , The roller shutter doors had damaged panels repaired and servicing done to ensure smooth operation , The yard areas were cleaned before road markings were renewed. Fire exit doors , Bollards and window and door frames to office block was all re decorated as well to give the unit a nice new appealing look. The side elevation was inaccessible so as part of the works GLJ had to clean all vegetation as well. Internally the previous tenants fit-out was fully removed, this included strip out floor coverings , existing suspended ceilings , lights existing kitchenette  The internal refurbishment included new electric power and lighting throughout, Reconfiguration of some AC units as well as new to suit the office areas were installed , New suspended ceilings were installed and floor coverings were renewed to the clients specification and with decoration works also done throughout.

GLJ delivered the project on programme and within budget. All parties were extremely pleased with the finished product.
